I love this family. I had so much fun a year ago taking Jaci’s maternity pictures while she was pregnant with little J, it was so exciting when she message me to do their first photo. That is another joy of this job- to continue to watch people grow and change and to be apart of these families- they really start to become a extension of who we are!
Jaci wanted something different and although normally I’m not great at props, I was excited to try something new. We went to a location on Tacoma’s Southend and I was so excited about it because it was so dreamy- unfortunately it was covered with ants, and fire ants at that. Everything is small and cute when there’s just one but you add thousands and it gets creepy. On our way out we found this cute little location and it was perfect. Still ants, but not as creepy.
I enjoy this family so much because I can see my life with my husband and our first child when I see them- it excites me. What a blessing and a gift to get to live with the ones you love!
