Isaiah and I recently had the joy, with my friend Lloryn and a assistant Malina, to shoot our first wedding!!! Can you believe it! We shot a wedding and it was awesome! Now, there are tons of pictures, around 3000 for Isaiah and I to sort through, but I have included these as a preview on the blog.
BJ and Katherine were the first bride and groom to book with us in 2010, therefore fulfilling a dream and allowing themselves to be guinea pigs as we took off on this new adventure (hence the 3000 pictures, we didnt want to miss ANY moment).
They were so much fun and so cool to be around. BJ and Katherine have known eachother for so long and fit together like puzzle pieces so it made sense that they would make it official. Getting married on a cold but sunny Saturday afternoon–we joined as they marched to the alter, were showered in bubbles and then ate and danced into the night. As Katherine’s sister Christine, her maid of honor, toasted I cried and felt so touched and honored to not only shoot, but to be apart of their special day! I know that I am going to love weddings!!
We are looking very forward to growing into strong wedding photographers in this area and continue to learn and grow in the meantime. BJ and Katherine, thank you so much for trusting us to capture one of the greatest days of your lives!
